On the initial visit, an extensive deep cleaning may be required in cases where a system has been obviously neglected or it has accumulated heavy amounts of grass and debris (outdoor coils), and or large amounts of microbial growth or mildew (inside of system). This requires at times additional disassembly and reassembly of the system to begin a reasonable starting point for our maintenance services.

The cost of the deep cleaning service is $275.00.
